When I try upload to eBrochures.com, it says that preview image is wrong size?
The size of the preview image should be no more than of 200 pixels horizontally and/or 150 pixels vertically.
When I put EPW file on my website and test it, the web browser cannot find the file to download.
This can be caused by a number of issues. The most common one is, check that you do not have spaces in the filenames of your file or HTML page. Also please check that your webserver will allow the download of EPW files. This can sometimes be done in your website control panel where your website is hosted. Or ask your website hosting support to set allow download of .epw files from your server.
If the web server is Windows based you need to set the MIME type. NOTE: This is the web server where the file is hosted, not your current PC. This may need to be done your webhosting company.
Other web servers may or may not require it but it is better to do regardless. Windows server is designed to be very secure. It will not serve files with unknown extensions (everything except for HTM, ASP, JPG, GIF etc). You need to create the following MIME type association:
Extension: .epw
MIME-Type: application/octet-stream
In Windows server, go to the Internet Services Manager, and right-click on your web site and select "Properties". Click the "HTTP Headers" tab and click the "Mime Types..." button. Click "Add" and add the association.

Does this work on a MAC?
ePageWiz is a Windows application only. To use on a MAC you must have Parallels, VirtualPC or use a Windows setup with Bootcamp.
However, files created by ePageWiz that have been uploaded to a Flash web page like eBrochures.com will work with any web browser that supports Flash including Safari on MAC.
When epagewiz starts for the first time, I get a blank window?
1. Shutdown and restart your PC and log into Windows using an Adminstrator account.
2. Download and install the latest DNLreader from here. http://www.dnlreader.com/reader
3. Re-install ePageWiz again and start it again.
If this does not fix the issue, please contact us.
